• Demolition of existing rear single-storey conservatory;

• Two-storey front extension & new portico to front entrance;

• Replacement & alterations to windows & doors to front, side & rear;

• Conservation roof lights to main roof & two roof lights to existing side addition;
• Solar panels to main roof & rear extension;
• Landscaping to front & rear gardens;
• Air source heat pump to side

Status:

Special Conditions applicable to the Works:
Condition 1: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.
Condition 2: The air source heat pump must comply with Building Regulations and the applicable British Standard, and the installation should not generate sound levels that cause a nuisance to neighbouring properties.
Condition 3: Tree protection is required from direct damage from vehicles and plant through the erecting of hoarding around the central bed, against the front wall prior to works commencing.
