Approved, subject to the following conditions:

Condition 1: Adequate evergreen planted screening is to be provided to protect neighbours’ amenity, details of which are to be agreed with the owners of No. 113 & 117 Turney Road.

Condition 2: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.

Condition 3: Digital samples of the wall and roof materials are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
