Proposal:

  • Demolition of existing rear dormer
  • New side elevation roof lights
  • New rear roof light to two-storey rear addition.
  • Demolition of ground floor single-storey rear addition and patio for:
  • New ground floor single-storey rear extension with patio
  • New ground floor single-storey side infill
  • New side access door
  • New lightwell to rear garden
  • New air source heat pumps to rear garden

Status:

Approved subject to the following conditions:

Condition 1:       Digital samples of the walls, roof and hardstanding materials are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.

Condition 2:       Window and door frames at all levels to the front and above ground floor to the rear and side are to be white to match the original design.

Condition 3:       The proposed roof lights to side of main roof are to be conservation type.

Condition 4:       Adequate evergreen planted screening is to be provided to protect neighbours’ amenity, details of which are to be agreed with the owner of No. 36 Stradella Road.

Condition 5:       The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.

Condition 6:       The air source heat pump must comply with Building Regulations and the applicable British Standard and the installation should not generate sound levels that cause a nuisance to neighbouring properties.
