Special Conditions applicable to the Works:

Condition 1: Adequate evergreen planted screening is to be provided to protect neighbours’ amenity
Condition 2: The garden building is not to be used for overnight accommodation.
Condition 3: Digital samples of the wall, roof and hardstanding materials are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
Condition 4: Comply with Tree and Landscape Manager requirements as follows:
• The installation of the tree protection fencing is to be overseen by the
arboricultural consultant with photos being provided of its erecting in
the agreed position.
• The arboricultural consultant should be on site for the installation of the
Screw piles and provide a report including photographic evidence
showing adherence to the screw pile positions and quantity once
agreed.
