Special Conditions applicable to the Works:
Condition 1: 1:20 detail drawings of the rear dormer are required. The details must demonstrate that there will be no visible rainwater pipes or gutters. The sash windows must be painted white and cannot be UPVC.
Condition 2: Adequate evergreen planted screening is to be provided to protect neighbours’ amenity.
Condition 3: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.
