Special Conditions applicable to the Works:

Condition 1: Written agreement for any changes to boundary fences is to be obtained from the impacted neighbours and submitted to the Scheme of Management prior to commencement. Plans and elevations with materials and dimensions will be required.
Condition 2: Adequate evergreen planted screening is to be provided to protect neighbours’ amenity
Condition 3: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.
Condition 4: Digital samples of the wall, roof and hardstanding materials are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
