Status:

Special Conditions applicable to the Works:
Condition 1: The applicant is to fully comply with the Party Wall Etc Act with regards to adjoining neighbours.
Condition 2: Digital samples of the proposed roof material, brickwork (which should match original), timber cladding and render are to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
Condition 3: Adequate evergreen planted screening must be retained to protect the amenity of neighbours.
Condition 4: Rear ground floor doors and windows are to be white to match.
