Proposal:

• Replacement of external windows, doors and rear cladding;
• Conversion of garage door into hinged double door;
• Replacement of rear first floor solid panels with full height glazed windows;
• Enlargement of external rear garden lightwell and lightwell window;
• Installation of two new roof flues to rear roof slope for a MVHR unit in loft space;
• Installation of air source heat pump to front garden within a PPC metal enclosure;
• Landscaping works to rear

Status:

Special Conditions applicable to the Works:

Condition 1: All windows and frames must be white.

Condition 2: Adequate evergreen planted screening is to be maintained in the rear garden to protect neighbours’ amenity.

Condition 3: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.

Condition 4: Digital samples of the colour of the solid panels to rear elevation, air source heat pump enclosure, including the material, and garage are required to be submitted for the Scheme of Management Architect’s approval prior to commencement.
