Proposal:

• Remove existing rear garden structure;
• New rear garden building

Status:

Special Conditions applicable to the Works: 

Condition 1: Adequate evergreen planted screening is to be maintained to protect neighbours’ amenity
Condition 2: The garden building is not to be used for overnight accommodation.
Condition 3: The building as shown on elevations must be directly on the screw piles and not raised up on a deck which would increase its height over those shown on the approved elevations.
Condition 4: Digital samples of the wall, roof and hardstanding materials are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
Condition 5: Any pruning and excavation works are to be carried out in accordance with BS 5837:2012.
