Special Conditions applicable to the Works:
Condition 1: Colour of proposed opaque panels to match existing colour.
Condition 2: All window and door frames, except at the rear at ground floor, are to be white to match the original design.
Condition 3: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.
Condition 4: Detail of window section/profile is to be submitted.
Condition 5: Digital samples of the wall, roof and hardstanding materials are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
