Condition 2: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.
Condition 3: Proposed door and windows to side elevation to be painted white.
Condition 4: The garage door should be painted white to maintain the group of properties.
Condition 5: Digital samples of the walls and cladding are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
