Special Conditions applicable to the Works:

Conditions 1: The height of the garden building is to be no greater than 2.5m from the
existing ground level.
Condition 2: The garden building is not to be used for overnight accommodation.
Condition 3: Adequate evergreen planted screening is to be provided to protect
neighbours’ amenity
Condition 4: There should be no fixed external barbeque included in redesign, as this is not
permitted under guidelines.
