Condition 1: Mechanical plant installations should comply with the Building Regulations and the applicable British Standard and should not generate sound levels that cause a nuisance to neighbouring properties.
Condition 2: Adequate evergreen planted screening is to be provided to protect neighbours’ amenity.
Condition 3: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.
Condition 4: Digital samples of the wall and roof are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
