• Demolition of existing rear extension;
• New full width single-storey rear extension

Status:

Special Conditions applicable to the Works:
Condition 1: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.
Condition 2: Adequate evergreen planted screening is to be provided to protect neighbours’ amenity.
Condition 3: Digital samples of the wall, roof and hardstanding materials are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
Condition 4: The proposed brick wall facing No. 10 Carver Road should be full bricks and not brick slips.
