Approved, subject to the following conditions:

Condition 1: Roof lights are to be conservation type.

Condition 2: Adequate evergreen planted screening is to be provided to protect neighbours’ amenity.

Condition 3: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.

Condition 4: Digital samples of the wall and roof materials are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.

Condition 5: Window and door frames at all levels to the front and above ground floor to the rear and side are to be white to match the original design.
