Proposal:

• Replacement of front boundary fence and gates, replace fences to side and rear
  boundaries and replace trellis to side boundary with no. 116.

Status:

Approved subject to the following conditions:

Condition 1: 118 Burbage Road has no rights of access onto the side access and no gate or opening should be constructed on this boundary fence.

Condition 2: The height and trellis to boundary fences to be agreed with the neighbours at no. 116 Burbage Road.

Condition 3: Works involving excavation within the root protection area as part of the fence replacement is to be overseen by an arboricultural consultant.

Condition 4: A report is to be provided by the arboricultural consultant detailing the findings including photographs of each excavated post hole and roots that required pruning and the protection utilised.
