Condition 1: The air conditioning units must comply with Building Regulations and the applicable British Standard, and the installations should not generate sound levels that cause a nuisance to neighbouring properties. Please provide manufacturer’s details of the product proposed – this should confirm the sound level. If above 42dBA please provide a sound proofed enclosure.
