Special Conditions applicable to the Works:
Condition 1: 1:20 detail drawings of the rear dormer are required. The details must demonstrate that there will be no visible rainwater pipes or gutters. Samples of the zinc cladding are required for approval and should be dark grey, with metal windows to match or timber windows painted white.
Condition 2: Adequate evergreen planted screening is to be provided to protect neighbours’ amenity.
Condition 3: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.
Condition 4: Digital samples of the wall and roof materials are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
