Proposal:

  • Demolition and alterations to the existing two-storey rear and ground floor single-storey side and rear additions;
  • New roof with rear roof lights;
  • Replacement of ground floor single-storey side extension;
  • Replacement of two-storey rear addition;
  • New ground floor single-storey rear extension;
  • New hard landscaping and terrace to rear;
  • New boundary fence, with new bin and bike store and hardstanding to the front garden.

Special Conditions applicable to the Works:


Condition 1: Written agreement for any changes to rear boundary fences is to be obtained from the impacted neighbours and submitted to the Scheme of Management prior to commencement.


Condition 2: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996 with regard to the neighbours at No. 32 and No. 36 Alleyn Road.


Condition 3: The proposed rear roof lights are to be a conservation product type.


Condition 4: Window and door frames at all levels to the front, rear and side are to be white to match the original design.


Condition 5: Digital samples of the wall, roof and hardstanding materials are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
