Demolish existing single storey front/side extension and replace with a new single storey extension;

- Covered bike store;

- New garden studio


Approved by the Committee subject to the following;


1.      The side extension is to be revised to retain the existing façade and clay tiled roof.  The drawings are to be resubmitted omitting the proposed changes to the rear dormer.


2.      The height of the planted screening on the boundary with no.62 Burbage Road is to be increased.


3.      The three rooflights to the side elevations are to be conservation type rooflights.



4.      Piled foundations are to be used for the garden building in order to preserve nearby trees.
