- Loft conversion with rear dormer windows and a side rooflight;

- Rear and side ground floor extension.  The side wall of the rear extension will be located on the boundary with no.72.

Status:

 

The application was APPROVED by the Committee subject to:

1.       maintaining a minimum clear width for the side passage of 800mm; and

2.        Improved screening on the side boundaries to ensure that neighbouring gardens are not overlooked from the rear terrace.
