  • Single-storey rear/side extension;
  • Replace rear doors and widened opening with aluminium sliding doors

Status:

Freehold licence issued, with following conditions:-

  1. 1:5 typical frame details and a colour reference for the rear doors is to be submitted for approval by the Consultant Architect prior to commencement.
  2. A detailed planting plan and layout is required to demonstrate how the 50% soft planting guideline is to be met ie the maximum area of soft planting.
  3. A retrospective licence is required for the rear garden shed.
  4. A retrospective licence is required for the rear satellite dish.
