Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID G7251   A group of three Himalayan Birch trees approximately 11m in height, situated in the left-hand corner of the rear garden.  The trees are becoming too dominant over the neighbours’ garden and roof behind.

Tree ID G7252   A group of three Himalayan Birch trees approximately 11m in height, situated in the right-hand corner of the rear garden.  The right-hand side of the three is dead.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID G7251   Works: one rear stem to come off over the roof of the neighbouring property and two lowest lateral stems to come off over the neighbour on the northerly side. Also crown thinning overcrowded areas by up to 15%, existing height and shape to be retained.

Tree ID G7252   Remove dead tree and thin the canopy of the remaining 2 trees by up to 15%.

None.  No replacement tree required as garden well stocked.
