Specie and Location of Tree

Tree ID 7193       A Magnolia tree approximately 6m in height, situated in the front garden.  Value reduced as previously hard pruning has resulted in heavy sprout growth in the upper crown. Property displaying significant cracking in nearest corner.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID7193        Remove.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, two replacement trees are to be planted in a convenient location one in the front garden and one in the rear garden, below are the two species for agreed upon:

Front Garden

Prunus Amanogawa        (small tree with a columnar habit and pink spring flowers)

Rear Garden

Acer Griseum                     (Paperbark Maple)

The new trees should be planted during the December 2025 and April 2026 planting season with a stem girth of between 10-12cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 2m for the Prunus and 1.5m for the Acer.
