Specie and Location of Tree

Tree ID 7193       A Magnolia tree approximately 6m in height, situated in the front garden.  Value reduced as previously hard pruning has resulted in heavy sprout growth in the upper crown. Property displaying significant cracking in nearest corner.

Tree ID7193        Remove.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, two replacement trees are to be planted in a convenient location one in the front garden and one in the rear garden, below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Rear Garden

Cherry  - Already planted.

Front Garden

Magnolia sp                                    (Ornamental magnolia)

Liquidambar styraciflua                (‘slender silhouette’ – Slender silhouette Sweetgum)

Hibiscus x Resi                                (Hibiscus)

The new tree should be planted during the winter planting season (October – March) by the end of March 2027. with a stem girth of between 8-10cm / 10-12cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 2m.
