Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 7052       A Leyland Cypress tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the rear garden on the far boundary.   Line of 5 Conifers forming a continuous hedge becoming too dominant for the size of the garden.

Tree ID 7053       A Flowering Cherry tree approximately 7m in height, situated in the rear garden on the right-hand side.

Tree ID 7054       A Holly tree approximately 8m in height, situated in the rear garden in the far left-hand corner.  The top section is very leggy.

Tree ID 7055       A Flowering Cherry tree approximately 8m in height, situated in the rear garden on the left-hand side.  The tree is congested in the crown with growth of Russian vine and out of shape.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 7052       Reduce overall height by approximately 4m to achieve a final height of around 8m. Lightly trim and shape the face of the hedge to maintain a dense green appearance, avoiding cuts into old wood or brown growth.

Tree ID 7053       To thin overcrowded areas by up to 10%.

Tree ID 7054     Reduce height by 2m and re-shape pruning back to suitable growth points.

Tree ID 7055       Remove vine out of crown completely and re-shape by reducing longer growths by up to 1.5m back to suitable growth points.
