Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 7057       A Leyland Cypress tree approximately 16m in height, situated on the front driveway on the right-hand side.  The tree is growing rapidly, the main stem pushing against the driveway raised wall resulting in movement and upper growth into the nearby Beech tree.

Tree ID 7058       A Weeping Willow tree approximately 7m in height, situated in the rear garden at the end of the lawn.  Lateral growth over the lawn requires controlling.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 7057       To remove, down to ground level, leaving the 2 adjacent conifers in place with only dead wood removed.

Tree ID 7058       To reduce growth towards property back by up to 3m back to a suitable growth point. Dead wood to be removed

Details of Replacement Required

None.  No replacement tree required as the garden is well stocked with trees.
