A triple-stemmed Sycamore tree approximately 9m in height, situated in a central location in the front garden.  The tree is sited too close to the property.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as a Silver Birch tree has been planted on the front boundary.
