Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 7153      A Himalayan Birch tree approximately 8m in height, situated in the far left-hand corner of the rear garden. 

Tree ID 7154      A Magnolia tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the mid left-hand side of the rear garden.

Tree ID 7158      A Lime tree approximately 4m in height, situated by the pavement in the front garden.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 7153      Remove.

Tree ID 7154      Minor re-shaping with reduction of a few highest growths to help form a natural shape.  Pruning should be at suitable growth points.  Dead wood to be removed.

Tree ID 7158      Re-pollard at previous points – approximately 2.5m.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A Malus tree has already been planted in place of Tree ID 7153
