Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 7790      A Magnolia Cobus tree approximately 5.7m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Tree ID 7791      A Japanese Maple tree approximately 3m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Tree ID 7792      A Wild Cherry tree approximately 10.2m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Tree ID 7793      A Callery Pear tree approximately 5m in height, situated in the front garden.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 7790      Crown lift to 2.4m above ground level. Crown thin by up to 20% and reduce on south-western aspect by up to 30cm away from Japanese maple. Reduce in height in selected areas. [see attached photos for selected area for height reduction – indicated by red circles]

Tree ID 7791      Reduce by up to 50cm back to closest growth point and crown lift up to 1.5m above ground level

Tree ID 7792      Remove deadwood, natural target pruning.

Tree ID 7793      Reduce in height by up to 50cm back to closest growth point. To approximately 4.5m above ground level.  perpetual Licence to maintain at reduced size (approx. 4.5m in height). To review every 6 years (next review 2032).
