Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 5664       A Silver Birch tree approximately 3m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the rear garden.

Tree ID 5663       A Crab Apple tree approximately 5m in height, situated central in the front garden.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 5664       Lateral crown growth to be reduced on the southern side by 1m to bring back growth inside the fence line re-shaping for a natural look.

Tree ID 5663       Reduce the tree's overall height and lateral spread by up to 1.5 metres and lift the lower canopy by 1 metre to increase light levels. All pruning cuts should be made to appropriate growth points to ensure a natural and healthy finish.
