Specie and Location of Tree

A Laburnum tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is leaning into the garden, and a little too close to the house.

Description of Approved Works

Remove by felling at ground level.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement is not necessary as there is a large Magnolia tree situated close by
