Specie and Location of Tree

A Holly tree approximately 6m in height and a Japanese Cedar tree approximately 3m in height, both situated together and against the front wall of the property.  The trees are too close to the property.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

The area is to be planted with smaller shrubs.
