Specie and Location of Tree

A Tulip tree approximately 18m in height, situated on a bank to the side of the property.

Description of Approved Works

Crown lift by up to 3m, where overhanging the communal areas.  Lateral crown reduction of lower branches by up to 4m back to suitable growth points, where overhanging the property and garage.  Remove deadwood.
