Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A row of Cypress trees approximately 10m in height, situated along the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The trees are a little too tall.

Description of Approved Works

Reduce in height by approximately 40% and the side growth trimmed back as much as possible whilst retaining green foliage and not exposing the inner dead wood.  All dead wood should be removed.
