Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

T2                        A Salix tree, situated in the rear garden is causing alleged damage to the garage and house of No 203 Est Dulwich Grove and provision of sufficient level monitoring data has been provided.

Description of Approved Works

T2                        Fell to ground level and either stump grind or treat with systemic herbicide (Ego Plugs).

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Lagerstroemia indica ‘’Rosea”    (Pink crape myrtle)

Magnolia kobus                             (Kobus Magnolia)

Hibiscus x Resi                               (Hibiscus)

 

The new tree should be a minimum of “selected Standard” [10-12cm stem circumference and 1.75m in height].  The tree should be planted by March 2027.
