Tree ID 5145      A Eucalyptus tree approximately 7m in height, situated in the rear garden.  The tree is dead.

Tree ID 5146      A Holly tree approximately 8m in height, situated in the rear garden (storage area).  The tree is dead.

Tree ID 4931      A Yew tree approximately 7m in height, situated in the rear garden of 117 Dulwich Village.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 5145      Remove by felling to ground level.

Tree ID 5146      Remove to ground level.

Tree ID 4931      Crown reduction by up to 1m back to closest growth point over 115 Dulwich Village.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  Replacements not required as the garden is well stocked with trees.
