Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 7637      A Pear tree approximately 5.6m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Tree ID 7638      A Walnut tree approximately 8m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Tree ID 7639      A Rosebud Cherry Rosea approximately 3m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 7637      Reduce in height by 1.5m back to closest growth point. Selective thin by 30%, by removing individual branches.

Tree ID 7638      Reduce by up to 2m back to closest growth point over garden room, and by up to 1.5m back to closest growth point on rest of crown.

Tree ID 7639      Removal. Stump grinding permitted.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of Tree ID 7639 above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Alenanchier arborea ‘Robin Hill’                                            (Serviceberry)

Cercis siliquastrum alba                             (White judas tree)

Clerodendrum trichotomum                       (Harlequin glorybower)

Replacement species required – to be planted by March 2027.  Tree to be procured in line with BS3936 [1992] – ‘standard’ (8-10cm stem circumference) and minimum 1.75cm in height
