Specie and Location of Tree

Tree ID 6260       A Juniper tree approximately 4m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is dead.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 6260       Remove.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Juniper communis                           (to replace with same)

Prunus ‘Pandora’                             (Small Pink flowering Cherry)

Crataegus laevigata                         (Midland Hawthorn)

The new tree should be planted during the October 2025 and March 2026 planting season with a stem girth of between 10-12cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 1.75m.
