Tree ID 5836      A Magnolia tree approximately 9m in height, situated in a central position in the rear garden.

Tree ID 5837      A Holm Oak tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the far left-hand side of the rear garden.

Tree ID 5838      A Holm Oak tree approximately 8m in height, situated in the front garden on the boundary with the pavement.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 5836      Longer growths on top to be reduced by up to 1.5m to control height, shaping for a natural form. Target pruning to suitable growth points. No other pruning required.

Tree ID 5837      Lateral growths to be reduced all round by up to 1.5m ensuring a natural form. Crown to be lifted by up to 1m. Target pruning to growth points for natural re-growth.

Tree ID 5838      To trim crown all over reducing by up to 40cm to retain a more compact formal appearance.
