Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1           An Ash tree.

T3.          An Ash tree.

T4.        A Bay tree.

TG5.     A Pyracantha tree.

Tree ID 6378       A Pear tree approximately 5m in height, situated in a central position of the rear garden.

T6.        A Chestnut tree.  This tree is a valuable specimen.

Description of Approved Works

T1           Fell to ground level.

T3.         Fell to ground level.

T4.         Height to be reduced by up to 30% and re-shaped.

TG5.       Pyracantha to be removed.

Tree ID 6378       Remove.

T6.         A PICUS Sonic Tomograph test targeted at the midway section of visual decay. All ivy in the crown should be removed as soon as possible.

Details of Replacement Required

T1.         As a condition of the removal of T1, a replacement tree is to be planted.  The new tree should be planted during the November 2027and March 2028 planting season with a stem circumference no smaller than 12cm.

T3.         As a condition of the removal of T3, a replacement tree is to be planted.  The new tree should be planted during the November 2027and March 2028 planting season with a stem circumference no smaller than 12cm.

TG5.       No replacement required.

Tree ID 6378       The removal is granted on the condition of replacement planting. Four (4) new trees are scheduled for installation (commencing week of 30/03/2026), which will result in a net gain for the site's canopy cover and
