Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 6433       A Magnolia tree approximately 11m in height, situated in the front garden on the eastern side.

Tree ID 6434       A Magnolia tree approximately 9m in height, situated in the rear garden on the near right-hand side.

Tree ID 6681       A Cherry tree approximately 5m in height, situated in the rear garden on the far right-hand side.  The tree is dead.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 6433       Careful re-shaping of crown with up to 2m reduction on the eastern upper crown axis and up to 1m reduction on the western upper crown axis. Also trimming away growth from property to give a 1m clearance and removal of dead wood.  All pruning to be targeted at suitable growth points.

Tree ID 6434       Damaged stem in the high centre of the crown to be removed and overhanging growth to no.15 thinned as necessary by up to 15%. Dead wood to be removed.

Tree ID 6681       Remove.

Details of Replacement Required

None.   A replacement is not required as the garden is well stocked with trees.
