Specie and Location of Tree

Tree ID 6874       A Turkey Oak tree approximately 22m in height, situated in the front garden on the boundary with nos 37/39 (shared tree).  A PiCUS tomography assessment has indicated an area of decay at the base of the tree.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 6874       To align with Southwark Council’s proposed TPO Works approval:

To reduce the height of the tree down to an approximate height of 11m above ground level.  All remaining lateral (side branches) are to be shortened to a length of around 1.5m from the main stem retaining growth clumps.  All epicormic/new growth present along the main stem up to the existing crown break shall be retained.
