An Ornamental Cypress tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The tree is situated far too close to the house.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as a Cherry tree is situated nearby.
