Tree ID 4655.     A Common Yew tree approximately 4m in height, situated in the front garden.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 4655.     Reduce by 1.5m in height and reduce radially by 40cm to reshape.  Reduce back to northern wooden fence line.

Permission to cyclically maintain at new size in perpetuity
