Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 7087      A Bay tree approximately 8m in height, situated in the far right-hand corner of the rear garden.  The area is becoming too congested with dark foliage.

Tree ID 7090      A Bay tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the far right-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is too large for its position.

Tree ID 7091      A Cherry tree approximately 5m in height, situated in a central position in the rear garden.

Tree ID 7092      A Griselinia tree approximately 3m in height, situated near the left-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is slightly out of shape.

Tree ID 7093      A Crab Apple tree approximately 3.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side pavement boundary of the front garden.  There is growth resting on the hedge.

Tree ID 7094      A Seven son flower of Zhejiang approximately 6m in height, situated close to the property on the right-hand side of the rear garden.

Dead Stump covered in Ivy approximately 1m in height, situated centrally towards the end of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 7087      Remove, leaving the better shaped specimen behind.

Tree ID 7090      Reduce longest growths all over by up to 1m retaining a natural form.

Tree ID 7091      Reduce height by approximately 40% back to suitable side growths/branch junctions with a natural shape.

Tree ID 7092      To be trimmed, reducing by up to 1m improving shape and size.

Tree ID 7093      Trimming to clear the nearby hedge by 0.5m only. 

Tree ID 7094      Gentle trimming away from house by up to 1m and lifting low growth on northern aspect by removing the lowest 2 lateral branches.

Remove and no replacement necessary.

None.  No replacement required as the garden is well stocked with trees.
