Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 5660       A Maple Leaf Crab tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree has a lean.

Tree ID 5662       A Bay tree approximately 5m in height, situated to the right-side of the path in the front garden.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 5660       Low sprout growth to be removed around the base of the tree to help monitoring and some smaller lower lateral branches to be removed over the sitting area.  No sign of soil movement at the base of the tree.  To be monitored and re-inspected in 6 months.

Tree ID 5662       Lateral growth on the crown to be reduced back on the south-western side by up to 1m to help re-balance the tree
