Tree ID 5722      An Aspen tree approximately 21m in height, situated to the front right-hand side of the garden studio in the rear garden.

Tree ID 5724      A Eucalyptus tree approximately 18m in height, situated to the front right-hand side of garden studio in the rear garden.

Tree ID 5725      A Malus tree approximately 7m in height, situated to the central right-hand side of the rear garden.

Tree ID 5726      A Purple Leaf Plum tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the far left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 5722      To control height, a reduction of 3.5m together with a re-shaping of the top growth will help bring into scale with the garden. Low growth to be lifted off the garden studio roof to give 1m clearance

Tree ID 5724      To control size a reduction of 4m in height, pruning at suitable growth points and re-shaping for a natural finish. Lower crown also to have the overcrowded areas thinned by up to 10%.

Tree ID 5725      To re-shape in the winter season, reducing by up to 1m and re-shaping to maintain a natural form.

Tree ID 5726      To remove as dead. No replacement required as garden well stocked with trees.

Tree ID 5727      To control size by reducing up to 1.5m all over without revealing brown growth. Dead wood inside to be removed where visible.

Tree ID 5728      To reduce crown all over by up to 20cm to control size and improve shape.

Tree ID 5729      Low growth over garden studio to be lifted by 1m

Tree ID 5730      Trim longest growths in the crown by up to 30cm back to suitable growth points to improve shape.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as the garden is well stocked with trees.
