Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 5187      A Purple Norway Maple tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the rear garden.

Tree ID 5188      A Sycamore tree approximately 9m in height, situated in the far left-hand corner of the rear garden.

Tree ID 5189      A Bay tree situated near the left-hand side of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 5187      Minimal crown lifting of lowest growth by up to 1m and up to 10% thin of the upper crown to improve presentation.

Tree ID 5188      One lowest lateral branch to be removed on the neighbour’s side (over Cercidiphyllum) and 5 smaller upright stems to be removed evenly in the upper crown to improve presentation and light.

Tree ID 5189      Several outer stems to be removed and remaining growth to be pruned back by up to 1m to make a more compact shapely specimen.
