Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 7613       A Purple Leaved Plum tree approximately 5.5m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is a little tall and dense.

Tree ID 7615       A Walnut tree approximately 10m in height, situated in the far right-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is overhanging No 27 Alleyn Road.

Tree ID 7616       3 X Olive trees approximately 5, 4m & 3m in height, situated along the 7617              left hand side of the rear garden.

Tree ID 7619       A Lime tree approximately 11m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree requires pollarding.

Tree ID 7620       A Lime tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the front garden.  The tree requires pollarding.

Tree ID 7624       A Holm Oak tree approximately 7m in height, situated in the left-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is becoming too large for its position.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 7613       thin the internal water shoots by up to 30% and reduce the height by up to 1.5m ensuring a natural final shape. Pruning should be targeted at suitable growth points.

Tree ID 7615       Lowest branch overhanging the neighbours to be shortened to a side branch closer to the main stem.

Tree ID 7616       Up to 10% internal crown thinning where necessary and gentle reshaping,

7617                  reducing up to 20cm where required.

Tree ID 7619       Re-pollard height at previous pruning points at approximately 3m lower down including pruning growth on main stem.

Tree ID 7620       Re-pollard height at previous pruning points at approximately 4m lower down including pruning growth on main stem.

Tree ID 7624       Reduce crown by up to 1 m back to suitable growth points. Natural form must be retained.
