Yes. The mix of mature trees around The Dulwich Estate area are an important part of the area’s character. To ensure they are protected, all tree work requires prior consent under the Scheme of Management. Please contact our tree consultant for further information and advice.

No. Whether or not you have obtained local authority planning permission, you also need consent from the Estate under the Scheme of Management to make changes to the external appearance of a property. You are of course welcome to redecorate or make non-structural alterations, such as replacement of old kitchen units, without seeking consent from The Dulwich Estate.
